I'll replace this with a better version when I have access to photoshop again. Because this was done entirely in MS Paint. >3>;Anyhoo.
There's a difference between angsting every now and then, especially when you have genuine problems... and going on and on to insist that every moment of your white suburban life is a non-stop torrent of pain and misery and that your problems are clearly superior to everybody else's.
Inspired by equal parts a couple people I know IRL, 50% of gloomdog artists, and The Eagles as per the lyrics below.
It's like going to confession,
Every time I hear you speak;
You're making the most of your losing streak...
Some call it sick, but I call it weak!
You drag it around like a ball and chain
You wallow in the guilt-- you wallow in the pain
You wear it like a flag, you wear it like a crown
Got your mind in the gutter, bringin' everybody down
You bitch about the present and blame it on the past
I'd like to find your inner child, and kick its little ass!
Get over it! Get over it!
All this bitching and moaning and pitching a fit
Get over it! Get over it!

I love you for referencing "Get Over It". One of the best songs to tell someone to get their heads out of their ass and stop trying to gain the sympathy vote.
I personally never have dealt with people like this, but I sometimes worry I get this way myself. I do spend time feeling sorry for myself, but nowadays, I try not to deliberately bring down the mood of everyone I talk to, because no matter what my problem is, I am not entitled to sympathy just for having a problem and whining abut it.
