I both love and hate this game. I love the symbolism and its unapologetic darkness. I hate dying so much. Excellent homage to the game, friend. Absolutely stunning.

Holy moly, that's something. That worm on the beam is particularly troubling. I'm curious about that picture above the victim, as it appears defaced.

It appears as though the face of Isaac's father has been defaced.
I've never played the game, but from what I can gather, Isaac's father is never depicted. The defacing might be pragmatic.

from what I recall, the only two (well, three) times Isaac's father is even referenced is the Photograph (seen here, defaced) the ending (in yet another photo) and an Item that lets you leave a room (IE Dad's key of bailing out)
