I guess I'm a little late for Halloween.

"Number 13" Asp from my short (unfinished) story. In fact, it's mostly comic-relief character with the sole purpose of turning a serious text into a damn circus with horses, but I won't be me if I don't turn even this into horror. Moreover, initially Asp thinks that he is... well, a damn successful and inconspicuous (oh, yes...) intelligence officer and knows how to scare others, and not piss them off to hell with his mere presence and inappropriate antics. Oh yeah, he also likes "animalistic" upgrades and thinks he's a reptile.
