Description
So this is kinda personal. I suffer from anxiety & I wanted to paint what exactly I feel during a panic attack. There are many different ways that I can experience one, but this is to represent one of the worst ones. I usually get intense hot flashes and feel sweaty, combined with intense jitters/tremors & a rapid heart beat to sum it up, followed by disconnection from my surroundings and an overwhelming sense of terror/paranoia. The hands grabbing are meant to represent the feeling of being suffocated and notice the hands are balled around the heart, yes intensity. Some attacks make me think I am having a heart attack or dying and therefore, fear takes over. Purple represents fear so purple wolf.
