When I think scarves, I think Harry Potter. She is actually a Hufflepuff, but they are sharing his scarf. I might use this base again for my Menma x Oc pairing too.
I wanted to make an Oc for Snape for years, but I've procrastinated until now to design her. I'm still deciding on her hair style. This is the best I could do for now. She will likely have several hair styles for different occasions anyway. I picked white hair because I have seen Harry Potter Ocs with a mix of white / black hair, and I like it
