After the anime ended, I started reading the Beastars manga and it's pretty good. Haru and Legosi are precious and I love them. Louis' story gets pretty interesting, but I think I'm gonna stop reading it in favor of waiting for the second season since it's been announced. I found that reading the manga kills the excitement to see the anime (to me at least) since I know what's going to happen :/I tried really hard to get semi realistic size proportions between Haru and Legosi since they have such a huge height difference in the manga, but the perspective was kicking my ass. I also put some extra color into Haru's uniform since it's weirdly almost all white in the anime which looks odd in comparison to Legosi's heavily colored uniform. I didn't have any idea of what to do with the background so I threw random sparkle shit on it and it stuck. I promise I'll draw backgrounds someday lol!
