Random Idea I had a few days ago. I played through the Teal Mask DLC again and decided to make this after reading about the Toxic Chains granting their desires. I based this form off of a wyrm, therefor it is now a Poison/Dragon Type."This Gyarados once was a Magikarp, that failed to evolve no matter how hard it tried. It was laughed at by Trainers and Pokemon alike. When the Toxic Chain bound itself to it, that Magikarp became this Pokemon, hoping to finally earn respect, as that is all it wanted."
