This is really amazing, the detail is incredible.
I've seen many intricate drawings of muscle and anatomy, but this one really stands out.
the pixels make the picture very crisp, and the cloth lines around the arms are really well done. They seem to conform to the shadows.
I do have a bias towards ninjas, but this is talent that I can only dream of attaining.

not bad but his left shoulder and arm just kinda blend into one big blob which kinda flattened the whole thing.

Great weapon design, awesome color and texture representation. Only complaint would be anatomy (not the huge and extra muscles, that is a style choice) but the raised arm of the character look like it is not connected to his shoulder, either that or he looks like a hunchback. His two arms don't look like they connect the same way to his body, as if it's all muscle and no skeleton. Also, and this is just nit-picking, cropping at the wrist is very awkward. But, overall it looks really cool, are you going to develop his character at all? Is he part of a story? Oh, and cool logo, too.

i find the muscles to be overly large and over done but however that is my own personal preference
very nice job on the shading and the muscle detail
i find myself thinking of cloud everytime i glance at that sword
