This is a pretty cool idea. Some of the movements seem a bit choppy, but it's still an awesome piece of work

well i wanted to make sure it would be better quality....GIF formats have limited colors they can use and they have tons of grayscale......its like save a picture and it turns out cruddier then it was

well depending on the length of the vid and the effect im looking for usually from 30 minutes to even 4 hours...but ive messed with gimp alot so i have an idea where everything is...it would be faster if i used green-screening
