Photoshop should come with Adobe Image Ready ... you do the animation of the frames there.
Basically you put all the individual pictures in a folder and import that folder.
File > Import > Folder as Frames ...

That is an impressive bit of technical work there! From the looks of it I'd say this was well scripted when you took the video and as a consequence it came out very nicely; no obvious cuts or anything similar.
