Description
The first completed piece of a personal project I'm going to be working on, mainly this and other standalone pieces and character drawings are going to be conceptual things, to give me an idea of how I want things to look at a given time.

Depicted is DJ, an alias for a man who refuses to give his real name to anyone, eyeballing a locally-produced A.I. Storage Core. With all the lights blue and the occupancy light still on, everything appears to be in order after cutting himself out of a mess of cables and falling through a floor, which resulted in a hard impact on the ground for the core. He sits in the shadow (or rather light,) of a Circle G advertisement featuring Remi, the city's de facto mascot through Circle G. It shows it s age with a non-functioning background replaced by cycling binary, dead pixels, worn-away blue paint, and cracks in its screen, as well as it having come partially free of its wall mounting.

The setting has strong cyberpunk and post-apocalyptic vibes aesthetically with some hints of cassette futurism slated to be in play as well, due to the nature of the setting and my personal preferences, and I hope I manage to convey it over time in the main project.
