the lord roared , laughing as he spoke once more "i have made you far too pretty to snivel and weep - it is not your blood you shed , but my own !"

he need not even look at me now . shattered past , present , and future lives strewn around myself - how they shimmered in his glow . "would you like to die ?" an honest question .

and i spoke , softly - as he willed me to "you need not ask - we have all come to know ."
