This is Heiwajima Shizuo from Durarara!! The crazy-strong ex-bartender (voiced by Ono D) who seems pretty simple in the head, but has one very serious goal... kill Orihara Izaya.This duck sports a classy cigarette as well as a no entry sign made of a thick toothpick and some painted cardboard.
