Steve put a pumpkin on his head! And now Lanky... Can't see him... 
Creeps is not amused...Yep I named them Creeps and Lanky!
And apparently if you put a pumpkin on your head the Endermen can't see you! So if you notice Endermen coming near be sure to put one on your head!
Don't worry Creeps will teach him a lesson! Ssssssssssssssssss......
Plus I've heard that the Endermen will have Green eyes when neutral and Red when Hostile (Wow Imaginative
) But I think with Lanky he will stay with White eyes until he get's hostile then he'll have a red glow to them. Maybe when He's really content he might get a Green glow...Endermen, Steve, Creepers (C) Notch/Mojang
