Description
I think I might try making a character for every VanTribe, because sometimes I just like making characters.
Starting with the edgy one.

Rend and Mend are a dual-headed CageWing. I don't have all of their backstory and stuff worked out, but an idea for a certain dynamic between the heads came to my mind and then Rend and Mend happened.

Rend (on the right with giant scar on face and broken horn) is the dominant head, and as that she can hear all of Mend's thoughts and controls most of the body (or all of it, not sure how that works entirely). Rend's usual personality, when she's not acting for Mend, is pretty quiet an timid; definitely more of a listener than a talker. She has extremely low self confidence, and cares a lot more for Mend than herself.

Mend on the other hand, is sharp and aggressive, witty with a impulse to be loud - but she was born with the rare inability to move her vocal cords, leaving her practically mute. So despite her desires to speak up about almost everything and be intimidating with words, she can't make more than
a smoky breath.
This ended up making Mend rely heavily on Rend early on to speak for her since Rend could hear her thoughts - in fact Mend would start getting angry at Rend if she didn't speak up what Mend thought should have been said or if Mend didn't sound intimidating enough, and this eventually led to the broken horn and scars on Rend's head and neck.
Rend has managed to get more intimidating and react better to what Mend wants to say, really most conflicts about it were early on but occasionally Mend might get annoyed. Still, Rend will always do her best for Mend.

In a weird way they both need each other, obviously Mend needs Rend to speak for her - but Rend has a pretty bad attachment to Mend, in a way where Rend probably wouldn't function without her. So even though they seem like a somewhat unhealthy relationship, they'll desperately defend each other.

Other stuff:
-If Mend tries to talk, she ends up breathing out a bunch of explosive smoke instead. When she's angry at someone it's pretty easy to tell how much she wants to snap, she glares and hisses out smoke, trying to speak up at them or growl.
-Rend can act surprisingly intimidating when she's speaking for Mend, probably because she's copying how aggressive Mend's thoughts sound. Also the scar and broken horn turn out to be a good for a tough look.
-The broken horn and big scar on Rend are actually from when they were very young, and Mend was even more violent somehow. Mend doesn't feel entirely good about what she did, and has technically apologized since well, Rend can hear her thoughts.
-Rend and Mend would probably not fare well in a room filled with fire or sparks, since Mend can't control her smoke exhalation that well.
-Mend is really proactive about things, and wants to get involved in a lot of stuff to make money or gain power - or get back at someone she didn't like.
-They'd probably be involved in some kind of shady business because of Mend.
-Most other dragons initially assume Mend is the dominant head, for obvious reasons.
-Mend doesn't do the eating much, since it irritates her throat a little, and she's a pretty bad risk of choking.
-If one head was cut off, honestly the remaining head would most likely just commit suicide after that. Rend especially would find it extremely hard to live without Mend's thoughts there, and Mend would just struggle with no longer having a voice.
So that's fun.

I was a little confused about how the see through membrane parts of their chest would look, but I think I kinda got it? I dunno, CageWings just looked cool, I enjoyed designing these two(?) at least.
