Viola! I have finally portrayed Livi's fantastic Jeremiah! He's Charles' cousin, as you may recall, and here he is with my OC Paul.

This thing was a BITCH to draw, and I think it's obvious why. Damn dreads. I'd hate them if they didn't make guys look so fucking hot. How I did this, I'll never know. This particular embrace was easy to picture, but to CAPTURE it-

I find it so cute that a man in his late 20's can fall in love with a lady in her mid 80's. When you know these characters' backgrounds, you can see that they fit each other quite well. They need each other and adore one another.

Jeremiah is a carpenter, not just because he works with wood like a true artist and loves it, but because it was also a necessity. The man isn't exactly a genius like his little cousin. In fact, he suffers from a severe form of a learning disorder and dyslexia. He comes from a family of full-blooded Jamaicans, and he helped his father a lot with his fishing and repairs around the house. He had a natural talent and strength for it. Heh, he would, seeing as his dad was even BIGGER than he is. He also had a natural charm (NO DUH, look at him. ) which he also got from his dad, who fished and studied off the coast of France.

Jeremiah also has the little quirk of being a CHEESY-ASS romantic when it comes to women. And believe it or not, not many of them like it. They think he's TOO old fashioned and un-modern I guess. Bitches. Also when many of them learn about his little problem, they can't really see a future with a man who can't read properly. None of them have any patience for that sort of thing, I guess. BITCHES. Speaking French and wearing Hawaiian shirts around them doesn't seem to help either.

Anyway, that's where Paul comes in.

The woman is a LADY, pretty, tall, dignified and intelligent, as well as fun, silly and still rather childlike, everything Jeremiah has been looking for in a girl. It was love at first sight for him, as it was for her. Their bond grew when Jeremiah saw that Paul not only didn't care about his problem, she did her best to let it go and even HELP him with it. She has an infinite amount of patience and understanding having lived so much more than him, and that was just what he needed. Paul herself had only ever been with one man in her life, and this tall, dark and handsome boy was like nothing she'd ever imagine being with. It was a breath of fresh air.

D'aww, I love this couple so much. I hope to draw Jeremiah more, he's an awesome man. Hard to believe he's PICKING HER UP OFF THE GROUND, huh?

I honestly don't know who I'm more jealous of.
