That's pretty nice
I would say that the animation is good, but there's some moments that a bit more frames would be better When she's noding, I think that making a intermediat frame would help to make it smoothly.

The shading is simple, but for a first emote, that's enough I suggest you to try to make some more difference between the shades and the light on the emote.
The cloth (can't remember the name of it ) has been well done. We can recognize it easily, and that's not easy Good job.

Don't stop, follow this great start

It's not bad, especially for your first
The shading isn't strikingly good, but the animation is smooth and coherent, and you kept in mind important details like the face expression (how the eyes change shapes around 3 times) and the hood ^^
