Here's a base I did of my Naruto OC.

Name: Kimei (means "Bright Fame")
Age: 16
Village: Sunakagure
Appearance: 5'10"; 130 lbs.; medium-long frizzy white hair with faint purple highlights; violet eyes; light skin.
Her usual attire consists of a blue tank-top, a dark grey shawl/coverup, and black shorts. Her forehead protector is on her right sleeve.
Personality: Kimei loves protecting people and hates to lose in anything. She'll fight viciously to win, even if it's just a contest to see who can hold their breath the longest. She'd pass out if that ever happened from holding her breath too long. It's one of her strengths, and one of her weaknesses.

Because her name means "bright fame," Kimei feels that there's some deep reason for it and is determined to become Kazekage someday or to do something that'll make her famous forever.

Her favorite color is blue, and she loves to stay in the shade.
History: Kimei was born to two civillians in Suna during the Fourth Kazekage's reign. She's half a year older than Gaara, practically to the day, for a reference of age. She wasn't an exceptional protege, so she's still a Genin. Kimei hopes to become a Chunin within the next year.

Please tell me any tips you have! I'm kinda new with doing bases, so even if it's something like "round out the hair more," I'd still love to hear it! Also, if you have any ideas to flesh out Kimei anymore, I'm very open to suggestions.
