Ah, new character that's a bit of an old character now. I adopted him from the amazing falvie back in October, and finished the ref sheet before my contest had ended, but I didn't want to upload it until I finished the prizes, heh, that took long enough...

He's named Raijuu after the lightning beast of Japanese mythology, though he's not meant to actually be this creature of legend. In his backstory, he actually encounters the real Raijuu who becomes angry that he has stolen the original beast's name. I would write down a summary of his backstory, but it's really lame, so I'll just leave it at: saves a girl while in Japan=gifted a scarf and mistaken for the mythological Raijuu. Yeah, that's basically it. Also, he's really old, but practically immortal, so that's kind of obsolete.

He can turn his body into electricity, as seen in the two forms on the left side. His electric form can be any color in that range of yellow to light blue. His powers range from causing storms to charging your phone. (Though honestly, he'd probably end up frying your phone with too much power.)

Personality-wise, he's pretty nice. He's quite wary of humans, but warm to those he trusts and basically all other creatures. He can be wise at times, as he's lived a long time, but even so, he knows very little about people, choosing to live in solitude rather than risk getting hurt.
