This character was the product of a joke with my mom. Oh, mother, you just don't know when to stop, do you?

This is Vali, the Doctor-Dictator! He heals people and hurts them. You never know when he will turn. He's rarely caught without his lab coat, because he's always working. Doesn't get much sleep. If you guessed that he is some kind of psychopath, you would be right, but he's not the normal kind. He isn't an 'all over the place, crazy, uncontrollable' psychopath. No, no, he is more dangerous than that. He's very calculative and not easily outwitted. He thinks it's fun to toy with the minds of others before he destroys them.

What is with me and all of the creepy characters lately? I guess Halloween is fast approaching. Yeah, that must be it.

P.S. It would be really cool if you could figure out his namesake, because there is a history behind it! You might get something cool for figuring it out!

P.P.S. I don't think red stains really need a mature content warning, but if this bothers anyone, just tell me, and I will fix it.
