What program? You install it with the Mouse options in Windows control panel.
Right clic the "Cursors_installation" file in the archive and select Install (need administrator's rights).

As-tu bien copié tous les fichiers dans le même dossier avant d'installer les curseurs ? C'est important.
Si vraiment ça ne marche pas alors je publierai un tuto pour installer mes curseurs manuellement.
