sense one of chironix core form arms is fused with the bones of the host body, chironix actually can run and do pretty much anything the host body could do when alive. he just most of the time chooses to use his arms to fight from a distance or just use his powers to teleport around place to place.

the reason you cannot find his heart like core anywhere in his host body unless you force him to come out of it through excessive battle damage, is cuz in his head, the reason its pitch black and only his eye shows, it's a pocket dimension created to keep the core safe. if you were to enter this dimension you would not be able to go far. it follows illusion logic making you think a single step is equal to 1000 miles. people who try to damage his core this way ether are stuck here or die of starvation/exhaustion if they continue trying to find his core. most who do get stuck here get straggled by him in the void.
