This is the start of my Temperature blanket project. updates will come once a month at the end of the month throughout the year.

January was downright brutal, I hate the cold, I hate how it feels like it burns when it gets super cold. though that doesn't mean where I live has coherent weather. you can clearly see near the end of the month where the temperature had a bipolar fit. super cold in winter and scorching hot in the summer, not looking Forword to that. each row is a day start to end and was worth doing. I didn't start right away at the start of the month, the yarn I'm using for this was a late birthday gift that finally got delivered halfway into the month.

I struggled a bit figuring out how to do the knots and how to hide them at first. this blanket is going to take all year to make and I'm looking forward to posting the progress. and while I'm working on this, I'm making another corner-to-corner blanket alongside this. in this image I have made my own version of the color guide I was sent so I could post it with the progress image.
