Description: Subject-4 highly resembles Goofy from the old disney cartoons, however in a bizzare fashion, being monochrome in absolutes of black and white, with the only exception being the gray muzzle, he is notably thinner than his base, and has a large eye socket which glows on occasion.

Anomalous Properties: It doesn't truly exist in reality, it exists on a frequency akin to dreams, however it is still capable of manifesting in reality if one is exposed to it enough.
