Okay Inside Jokes aside, This is a better look at Concept 2 Goofy.

He was, in fact inspired by 4.0. Goofy. Although one look will at both will also show how they aren't the same character (Different arms, Different Bumpmapping, Different materials for the mouth and teeth, 4.0. Goofy is actually well made.)

Another thing, I consider Goofy the Main Enemy\Toon of Concept 2. (Much Like how The Face is the Main Enemy\Toon of Concept 1, Both are for story related reasons.)

Maybe another time I will explain the True Mindset of the Concept 2 Toons. But all you need to know for now is. They have some form of a Hivemind. And that they can be described as Feral Humans.

Tldr; Since I'm too scared to make a game I might just describe what concept 2's lore would be
