A couple of things.1. I learned how to replicate The 4.0. Toons' Melting looking thing so yeah. I applied it to him since I thought it made sense (If you can't see it look at the right leg, Center Chest, Also I will make something to better show this effect off.)
2. I Put an Icon for the sake of marking it. (and to look at my new profile pic)
