Description
I was inspired by TimeLordParadox to draw my idea for a version of The Doctor in Doctor Who.
It's my first digital drawing made without the use of references,so it obviously isn't that good.

This Incarnation of the Doctor would be unlike any other.
After being forced to regenerate into this form due to having been hit by a powerful blast of telepathic energy,it does seem as if this particular Doctor regenerated a damaged mind,as she becomes completely unlike the usual Doctor.
This Doctor apears not just whacky,but positively mad; She is reckless,fearless and anything but merciful.
She even (when she's particularly enraged) refuses to call herself "Doctor",as she doesn't feel like it fits for her current state.
When confronted by an enemy,she will more often than not try to directly kill them.
In fact,she has even repurposed her Sonic Screwdriver into a taser,as well as mounted an energy cannon in the shape of an old telephone on her TARDIS' front door.
"Drastic times call for drastic measures" is her motto.
Surely,she could fix this issue by regenerating again,if it weren't for one problem.

After her initial regeneration,she woke up after a few days of being unconcious in her TARDIS which was randomly drifting through space,when she got messaged by the current President of Gallifrey themself.
The President had sent an emergency message,detailing how the Daleks had somehow managed to transport the entirety of Gallifrey back into the age of the Great Time War,completely undoing the actions of the thirteen Doctors who had saved Gallifrey on that one fateful day.
The President ordered all Gallifreyans to fight for Gallifrey in the newly awoken Time War,but the Doctor refused.
She wanted to end all of this,like the War Doctor had tried to before.

Now,after setting up a barrier around planet Earth and meeting a young Astrophysicist,they travel through the universe,trying to undo/prevent the damages of the Time War.

Like I said,this is kind of out-of-character for Doctor Who,but since the BBC have banned all experimentation from the show,I figured I might as well present my FanFiction-y concept.
