Oh quit your bitchingThere you go again,
Nagging at me,
Persistently bitching,
Making me do things.
You say it’s for my gain,
You say it’s because you care,
But really you’re controlling,
Like everyone else in the world.
You crave your power,
But bully someone else.
Just fuck off and burn,
Simply put, I know.
Course I cared,
Once upon a time,
Way back when,
Just not anymore.
Your endless exasperation,
Broke me, my shell,
And pushed me away.
So get the fuck away.

Oh, golly. There sure is a lot of negativity in this one. A pent up anger poem?
Poetry and other art forms as well are all good for that emotional release I look for from time to time.
Have you ever thought about what it might be like if you decided to show instead of tell?
Create a scene with words perhaps illustrating those feelings that you have?
Just a curiosity of mine. You are such a good poet. I just wonder what it might be like if you explored something like that.
You could totally disregard the whole idea if you like.
