Each region had their own war or rebellion, some even faced each other in different battles. This sparked a arms race for the regions to built weapons to defend themselves or against their foes. For Johto and Kanto, they faced a rebellion against a hostile dictatorship that was attempting to unify the two regions by force. In the midst of the battles, three submarines were built in defense of the coasts which were one of the main battle grounds against the dictatorship.”

“Present day, the subs were originally said to have been scuttled after the war to prevent them being used in the wrong hands. The three names of these subs were the scinfaxi, Hrimfaxi, and their mothership the Alicorn. Intel reports of sonar pings being detected near Goldenrod City, and the Whirl Islands. It was confirmed that the Scinfaxi and Hrimfaxi were in these areas, scouting the coasts. Worst, it was appeared they were painted black, baring the familiar red “R” on the sides of their bridges.”

“The board of directors have no idea how Team Rocket got their hands on these submarines, but knowing that said submarines carrying ballistic missiles carries a huge risk as one is capable of hitting any of the nearby regions from Kanto to even Hoenn. As such, Omega has ordered the capture or destruction of both submarines as they pose high threat to Johto and any region they may attack.”

“We have no reports yet of what happened to the Alicorn as info is currently being looked into any possible leads of the mothership. Currently only one known PMC is hired with the task of searching for the subs. the B.o.C.,lead by Ella Vickers is tasked with the job of scouting for the subs for info of their possible locations. They are known to have special units within their ranks that are fit for the job and we hope for good results.”

Justin Ruiz the lugia is currently searching for clues with John Ping the vaporeon.

(still in a bit of a pokemon mood and thought I would do more with the pokemon story of mine. Justin and John are demi human, people born with the power to become pokemon at will. the story is a bit more like modern warfare and a bit of super powers in the mix.)
