Description
Scepter the Lycan is a character I already had a long time ago, but I never really introduced him anywhere. I got the "Lycan" Idea from a movie called: UnderworldLycans are half human half wolfs, but more powerful than werewolfs. Together, with his other lycan and werwolf brothers, he forms a group or pact called "The Loup Garou"
Scepter's roll plays as he was the former guardian of the Iblish Crystals which Darks stole, and now is Hogger's quest to find them all. Don't think Scepter given it up just yet. Since the Loup Garou need the energy of the Iblish Crystals, he will do everything to get them back.

Bloody hell, you wouldn`t want to meet him down a dark alley.
For the character, I always wanted to know more about him! The idea you implemented here is very original, other people create werewolves and lycanthropes, but they never take full advantage of their character`s potential, which decreases their originality drastically. However, here you take into account the look of a real lycanthropian/werewolf, and apply it to Scepter; he`s not just a stupid Sonic the Werehog recolor. 
Onto the picture, I love this traditional-yet-digital style of sketch you do. The darkness of the picture seemingly wrapping itself around the character, along with the ominous glow of his eyes and the marks on his cheeks, really gives off a strong sense of eerieness. Not only that, it fits his personality and stays true to his type!

lawl. thanks a lot. The marks on his cheek are these 'tribal' marks for the Loup Garou pack/clan/group he is ruling.
But yeah, if you notice closely, Spyx also has such mark on her cheek,well almost, and Cimeries also.
I made dozens of drawings of Scepter, just I never show anything of him ever :/ just I used him rarely in RPs, but I want to change that because I think he's pretty unique and stuff. But anyway, thanks again ^^
