What method did you use to color this, and on what program?

urr method?? O.o i'm not sure if this is classified as vector... i used the lasso tool to draw the outlines and sort of cell coloured the rest. it was done on Uleadiphoto plus. a scanner program.

To critique, I will ask why you decided to colour Squall's shoes like that..it looks like they were never finished because of the strange shade of gray that match his gunblade quite well.

ahhh.... thanks so much for the critique! i wanted to make it look leathery and i didnt know how to do it using the vector technique so i just airbrushed the grey and smudged it... >.< lazy way out... i know... my holidays were ending that time and i really wanted to finish it up. thanks again for the comment!!
