Phish is a Stand made of water created by a koi fish with 4 others acting as decoys. It has a muscular looking human body with a catfish head. A yin-yang symbol sits in the abdomen. The fish is intelligent enough to speak through the Stand with a limited vocabulary. The fish can swim freely through the Stand, which makes them harder to target.

Nitrogen manipulation: Phish can remove, reallocate, or concentrate the nitrogen in the air to create pocket explosions or cause an opponent to inhale air without the protective nitrogen to cause damage to their lungs.

Water manipulation: This is more of a secondary ability. Phish is only skilled enough at water manipulation as a means of transportation of its users and manifestation of itself.

Phish can cause lasting damage by depriving nitrogen from someone's breath and cause large and powerful explosions.

Phish can affect a large area around it and carrying its own users inside it allows it to travel a decent distance from a water source. It does have to return to water for the fish that use it.

As Phish is made of water, it's hard to damage. Boiling weakens the Stand and causes the fish to panic. It's also highly susceptible to electricity.

It might be possible for Phish to control the nitrogen in someone's blood, allowing Phish to cause greater harm to opponents by causing the bends, embolisms, and to possibly create solid nitrogen outside of a lab.
