Shibuu is an innocent, naive, and reckless powerhouse. She fights unreserved and ends up hurting herself most of the time. She usually never notices since she's so rubbery and malleable.
Shibuu lacks social skills and will hug people as a greeting and remark on any scars, blemishes, or other new-to-her facial features. She frequently annoys Arctant by messing with things in his room. Shibuu refers to herself in the third person. She's also the one who initiated Pluum's recruitment and sees herself as a role model for Pluum. Shibuu thinks of the Time Patrollers as superheroes and will announce herself and the others during missions in ways that only make sense to her.
Shibuu smiles often and is easily amused. She loves anything sweet and brightly colored. Shibuu usually has a different "hair" style per day. She's gotten into manga.

Roka: Shibuu loves Roka.
Arctant: Shibuu loves Arctant.
Hunnydu: Shibuu loves Hunnydu but wishes she wasn't so grumpy all the time.
Pluum: Shibuu loves Pluum and thinks of her as a sister.
Argot: Shibuu loves Argot.
Vaughan: Shibuu loves Vaughan.
Puchon: Shibuu loves Puchon.

Moves:

Sticky Shot: Shibuu launches a large adhesive blob of herself to glue her opponents in place or to stick limbs together. This move requires some of her body mass and can vary in size. She usually sacrifices a hand or foot at least and an arm or leg at most. Shibuu can reabsorb her lost mass when it is blasted apart by herself or her opponent freeing themselves.

Super Shibuu Ball: Shibuu inflates herself with ki and creates a large ball of her body mass which she launches at her opponent and explodes when sufficient contact is made or is shot. This move forces Shibuu to assume a smaller, weaker childlike form until she can convert enough food into her lost body mass. It's her strongest move and is a last resort. Shibuu doesn't like being so tiny, but she can have fun with her smaller size.

Shibuu Puff-up Power: Shibuu channels ki into her muscles, giving her greater physical power. She can't use any ranged ki abilities while using this transformation.

Shibuu Puff-up Monster: Shibuu channels ki into herself causing her to grow in size. This grants her increased strength and ki shot size but decreased agility and inability to fly. Her max height is 25 feet.
