It’s with a heavy heart that in the early hours of December 14th, and I were beside our maternal grandmother as she departed from this world into God’s hands. Several hours after her passing, Mom told us that she saw a rainbow over the mausoleum where she is to be buried at her funeral, hence why I included that in this commemorative piece.Gamma, I have been so blessed to have had you be a major part of my life. You always were there for me through thick and thin, cheered me up whenever I was down, and cared for me unconditionally.
