This is Opals sister Kaida she was born while Opal and her mom where captured by moonlings and witches and she was raised by Opal but never learned to speak because the moonlings would take her from her sister to do tests and use her and her sister as weapons she never really knew her mom because her mom was killed when she was 4 there’s more but I’ll put more OC lore in another post
