USFIV Kage mod with costume and moveset (not a complete replica yet still in the works of making it)All credit goes to racelryxmaster & TheLastGallant for the moveset and costume, go check them out and support them with anything they create
To ensure the mod works, remove all the files for dhalsim in the resources folder and replace them with the kage files
