1. INTRODUCTION TO THE SYSTEM
Valy's CS (closed species) System is a reward program for my loyal species lovers. The system rewards those who are active in my CS communities. You can collect points by drawing your own OC of my species or drawing other peoples OC's of my species and you will get rewarded with Valy points = VP (correspond xx amount of points to specific task you have done) and these points can be turned into prizes from me! ♥
Disclaimers
- There can be possible changes at any point in time if any abuse or loopholes are found.
- Any straight up abuse will lead you to lose your collected points!
- Keep yourself updated with changes. I will bump this journal every time I make changes and changes will be written on the top of this journal for easy access. Before you purchase, offer, draw, etc. to get Valy points make sure you are up to the rules current state to avoid lost points. I am not responsible of you not being updated to date on changes and all lost points will be on your responsibility.
- Any art collected or any MYO's designs bought before this system was introduced do not give points from purchasing.
- You can not purchase VP from me directly.
- MY SPECIES THAT ARE PART OF THIS ARE: Fluffian, Snugbaby, Hanamimi, Heartdoll and Lunaria (formerly Merinori)
- MY OLD SPECIES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS! These are Wingupuffs, AiSong and Aiganors. Puffimis are also NOT part of this.
- If you want to make system like this for your own species, feel free, I didn't invent these kinda system. Just don't use my exact format or copy paste what I have written, thanks!
Ask before you act. I'm not responsible of any mistakes you might have made because you didn't know something and end up not getting VP from your work. You can ask any questions at any time just to be sure! ^^
2. HOW DOES THIS WORK
You can do multiple tasks that are listed here to gain reward VP (= Valy points) and these points can be turned into prizes from me. Below I have listed specific tasks of what you can do to earn VP, check their rules out and give them a try! Each task has a cooldown which means that you can not spam specific task over and over again but have to wait the time mentioned in each task how often it can give you VP.

2.1 Drawing - Drawing an OC character that is my species (original design by me, by co-owners or a MYO design)
Must be a drawing my species OC that you own (chibi, semi chibi, full body any style of urs), full colored and not sketchy, characters owned by others do not count (see 2.3 for drawing other peoples OC's). Drawing your MYO design for the first time does not count, only when its drawn 2nd time. Both digital and traditional are accepted. Different types of art will all grant different amount of points which are mentioned in part 4. of this journal. Must be added to your public gallery in deviantart (or other websites that you use) with a credit to me and the species name mention. If any of the mentions is missing your points are invalid.
One art per 1 week of this task!

2.2 Commissioning - Commissioning a character that is a species of mine (original by me, by co-owners or a MYO design)
Commissioning a character from another artist or from me of my species will grant you also points (chibi, semi chibi, full body any style). Art must be full colored and not sketchy. The artist must post the art publicly to their main page in dA (or other websites that they use) and must mention the species and mention me as species owner, if the credits for the species are missing you wont gain any points. Both digital and traditional are accepted. Different types of art will all grant different amount of points which are mentioned in part 4. of this journal. Depending on the artists pricing you will gain extra points.
Disclaimer: If I start to suspect that you are getting free art from your friends instead of buying it, all your already collected Valy points will be suspended if a valid proof of payments wont be provided.
One art per 2 weeks of this task!
Points can be collected only once per commissioned artist. Meaning if you commission same person twice, points are valid only from the first one!

2.3 Offering my species only commissions, YCHs or Free requests - Offer art for my species characters only, it can be paid commission slots or free requests.
You can collect points by offering my species only commissions or free art. The commissions must say specifically that they are for either specific species of mine or all of my species (chibi, semi chibi, full body any style of urs). Must be full colored and not sketchy. They must be open for everyone publicly, not just your friends. You can not offer in this specific journal/post slots for other species or designs at the same time. You will gain points only after finishing the YCH, commission or request (you wont get any points by just offering if no art have been made). After finishing the art you must post the finished art publicly to your main page in dA and it must have a mention the species and mention me as species owner, if the credits for the species are missing you and the commissioner wont gain any Valy points. Both digital and traditional are accepted. Different types of art will all grant different amount of points which are mentioned in part 4. of this journal. Both you and the commissioner will gain points from this (for artist who draws points are calculated from part ''commissions and YCH's'' and commissioners points will be calculated from part ''commissioning'' on this journal below!). Free requests wont give points to the person who receives the art just the artist who offers the requests, but commissioned arts give VP as seen above at part 2.2!
Disclaimer: If I start to suspect that you are only accepting commissions/free requests from ONLY your friends and nobody else for certain amount of time your Valy points will be suspended. Or that the commissions are not paid by your friends (just to cash out more points), all your already collected Valy points will be suspended if valid proof of payments wont be provided.

2.4 Complete daily prompts of your OC or others (My CS only) - Complete daily drawings with theme and earn fast VP
Daily prompts list can be found here with a specific date for a theme - VP Daily Prompt
Finish a daily themed drawing by yourself of your CS OC or others. To find other peoples CS OC's to draw I will open a channel ''♡．daily-cs-prompt'' to my Discord to ask for those (Join my discord discord.gg/5HjCamK ). If you don't use Discord you can draw your friends/own CS OC's or draw mine (Atm I have only Heartdoll and Fluffian OC's but they can be drawn if you have no other CS of mine to draw - Heartdoll - Alma or Fluffian - Lumi (use this ref only) ). You can draw anything from sketches to full illustrations (this is the only part you can do sketches). The points vary slightly depending on what u draw! You can skip days and do only selected days when the theme suits you! You have to upload the art on the day of right prompt, don't use one master post for all arts because I can't check the right dates then. You have to upload the art with the CS group mentioned and me mentioned as a creator of the species.
One art per day of this task!
3. COLLECTING VP AND CLAIMING ITEMS
You will be keeping track of your VP. Keep every information of the earned points in one journal that we call your ''inventory''.
Step 1.
Create either stash or public journal where you will be collecting your points.
Step 2.
Do any of the following steps in part 2.1 til 2.4
Step 3.
Write down what you did, date and add a link to the art you did/what you purchased (for commissions you must wait til the comm is done and posted by the artist)
Step 4.
Write next to it how many points you gained from that action
Step 5.
Write on the bottom of your journal your total points

Claiming items
You can claim items at the shop openings which will happen ONCE every month and the end of the month. All you have to do is comment under this journal with the item name that you want + your points journal so I can check that all points are gathered properly and are valid. After confirmation you will minus the points from your journal that you use to claim the item. Claimed items will be also listed to your points journal as ''inventory'' so don't forget to add them after purchasing them!
4. VALY POINT LIST
Drawing - Drawing YOUR own character that is my species, an OC owned by you or one of the species mascots (original design by me, by co-owners or a MYO design). Points can be gained every week for once!

Daily prompt - Complete daily drawings with theme and earn fast VP
Each prompt finished gives you 250 VP for sketch/not colored art chibi, thigh up or full body (no head shot). If colored and lined properly it's 350 VP. If more than one character it's +200 VP for each fully drawn character (you can not get 200 VP for other characters if they don't show fully. If you make mass of characters and only heads or parts of the char shows, it wont count!! All chars must show fully or almost fully).
5. REWARD ITEM LIST
Here's a list of items you are able to claim with your VP! The list will be updated here and there when ever I have things to offer! You can also suggest prizes to add. Already planned new items for the future are VP currency adopts, raffle tickets which you can only buy with VP etc.
MYO tickets do not have time limit. You can use already existing OC's and convert it to a species OC. You can use any theme for the MYO.

Co-own rights (You can create unlimited MYO's for yourself, unlimited MYO OC's to gift to friends (must be drawn, no unused MYO tickets), unlimited Designs for sell. You can not trade/resell the MYO's or co-own rights.

there's no separation for chibi and full body atm, both are considered a full body. ur style can be what it is chibis, semi chibis, taller chars etc.
i might add separated sections for them at some point.

It counts as one art even if u drew charter 3 times since its one art for 2 weeks so the points will be (As a tip, next time if u draw multiples, u should separate the entries as different arts and post them in every 2 weeks and not post as one in order to get points from all the drawn characters):
700VP for Full body
400 VP for flat colors
50 VP for trad art
1150 Total
And since it was double VP week its all doubled and total is 2300 VP!
