Chris did really well during his initial orientation. He excelled during the shadowing training. But the instructions were so simple they were easily confused once his rhythm was thrown off. It happened very quickly as the machine pulled him in and the sides pressed him together. The heat application permanently seared his newly deformed shape. Luckily, it wasn't painful but even after they discovered him the rest of the factory guys decided to let the shipping hub discover him and save themselves the paperwork.Seriously tho, workplace accidents are terrible. You should avoid work as much as you possibly can.
