My 3 favorite baddy protagonist <3 Gru, Megamind, and Ralphdoes this make them the Despica-ler, Maga-ler, and Wreck-ler?
This idea would not leave my head... Which is strange because I don't even like the Lorax movie (except for the "how bad can I be?" song which is [and I'm probably gonna get shot for this, sorry but not sorry] probably the only good thing about that movie)...
I also recently was looking at photoshop tutorials so I was trying a new technique with this one. In fact there was little planning, just had a few thumbnails from doodling in class and I just went ahead with it in photoshop. I quite like how it came out
excuse my sloppiness on Gru since I started on him first so he was the guinne pig on this new technique
Also, dang, it is hard finding reference for brain bots -__-

Is the Lorax really bad? I was plannig on watching it later, but I'm concerned now since I've read some reviews about it which call it "obnoxiously preachy"...

well, for me...hm, it's one of my favorite movies!
... thought that comes from someone who never read the original book or cartoon... but, adsad I loved it! I think you should watch it!

its watchable. But I have issues with the movie that have nothing to do with it being preachy (it's based on a dr suess book focusing on the topic of pollution and the environment, what do these people expect?), my issues with it have to do with its marketing and how the whole movie is very not dr. suess-y (except for the look, I think it got the look pretty good and the animation). I just didn't like a lot of the additions and changes to they made to it that were clearly there just so they could make the movie fit the time length. I feel i would of liked the movie better if it had just been its own environmental film not based on the dr. suess because my expectations of the film were totally different. but to each there own, definitely not the most terrible movie by any means. If you're curious i say go ahead. that one song though...so catchy...XD
