She did not comde to Hayr . but an older human kingdom under the kamar lineage.
She went to the city of KAMAR in the 2nd era.

hehe i'll post the character discription along with it .
Than the people know what kind of character she really is .

here's her discription :

Aistaraina (blessed and gracious) Dithael
She is a Wood elf who lived among the human’s for centuries.
She came to the city of Hayr to gather news about Isalia and Wenloia in the 2nd Era of Hayr. When she saw the two twins in their Angelic state she wanted to know more about them. After a lot of research into human’s she began to like them a lot, their way’s of speech and ways of perceiving the world was unknown till than for the young elf.
Unlike most elves who do not hold Humans in such high esteem, she sees things in humans that are better in her eyes than elves; freedom of alignment is one of them.
She acts more like a human nowadays; living among them has changed her over time .She wears human robes that have been embroiled with elfish writing. Her speech is not as elegant as the tongue of the elfish people and not as rude as the human language .
She is the perfect mix of two worlds although her appearances, apart from the robes, are purely that of an elf beauty.
Her status is very neutral and does not mingle in human affairs. Although not yet….
