Zero is based off of X's specifications, including being able to utilize enemy abilities.
If Zero has access to everything he has ever used, Casshern is going to have some trouble trying to bring him down.

yea that is true, then again he also has the regenerative ability, so if those 2 id brawl, well it would be longer than anything else

Most of Casshern's opponents only try to dismember him, so he can easily regenerate from that.
Zero's Rekkoha (pretty sure I spelt it wrong, but oh well) would probably incinerate Casshern. I'm not 100% sure that Casshern could regenerate from something like that.
