You can convert videos to .swf with 'aTube Catcher' without watermark, just open it
> Video Converter
> place your video in the [Source:] box
> choose Output profile to "SWF Adobe Flash Format"
> choose where you want to Save it to
> done
The animation looks amazing, therefore a watermark in a piece of art wouldn't be cool at all, right?
