Cole MacGrath took a job as bike courier, mostly to piss off his parents, before delivering a package that turned out to be a bomb! Multiple square blocks of Empire City were destroyed, but Cole survived, gaining the power to control lightning! Now, he acts as a real life superhero, using his lightning powers to fight off gangs in New Marais!
