Looks excellent. Can I make a suggestion? Add 1 more shading to every color. Some lighter skin tone to show shine on his face. A slightly orangey yellow for the darker hair parts.. And a white-ish blue color to show the shine off from the blue suit underneath.
Add a small bit of white to the shoulder strap parts too, yeah. LOL sorry if you think I'm a pain, it really looks fine the way it is. Those are just my suggestions. XD
