I have a lot I could say about DA's choice to delete the orignal version of this picture but, I'll hold myself back from that! and, to the people who choose to report other people for drawings that they don't like instead of just walking away from it! So here I re-fixed it just cause, this picture would go to waste otherwise!EDIT: There I fixed the colors on her cape and hair........so much for wanting to do things my way..........

Back in the day, we tried to get the original owner of Oddhobby to bring over manga and anime to the US. He said that most publishers were afraid to do that because the government threatened to prosecute them for underage porn because in Japan it was illegal to show pubic hair (so all characters looked pre-pubescent). We thought he was nuts--cartoon characters are whatever age the artist say they are and most of the manga images didn't even have genitalia!
However, 10 years later--much to our surprise--Bill Clinton created a law that made certain "underage" cartoon characters illegal. The law was later struck down by the supreme court. Which was too bad in a way, because I would love to hear a supreme court judge explain how he or she can tell the age of someone who doesn't really exist!
So to be safe you need to give or imply an age… "teen titan, shown here after 8 years of college celebrates her 30th birthday with her grandchildren who range in age from 19 to 22!"
In the mean time give original to me, I'll post it on my site. I have a special imaginary process that automatically adds 20 years to the age of any imaginary character.

I understand, even though I didn't report it (seriously, or I'd have told you) people obviously don't like seeing Raven (or Starfire.. or Terra... or.. ya get the idea) naked in any way and are highly stuck up about it
oh well, for what its worth, it looks about as nice as the original anyways :3
