18th president of Zostania. He has inclined the Party towards a similar approach to the Nuevas Ideas Party from El Salvador. Owner of ZPTV, the state television network. He presented his candidacy for the presidency in the aftermath of the Violence, promising a "reboot" of all the former country's legislations in order to "build a new Zostania". Once he assumed office, he ordered the cease of economic aid to the Violence victims because " the funds were being used by the corrupt". He also finally passed an executive order to create the first National Self-Defense Armed Forces of Zostania and ceased economic and military relations with both the U.S and Russia.
