Loved past two episodes of What If? so much, excited for the new one
There was some issue with bone weights in upper cape so i thought it will be better to provide original files so that someone can come up with solution (Preview was made in XPS)

Side note : Cape and Body has separate specular map but same diffuse map, so it will be better to isolate cape entirely (via applying some other texture or as separate mesh while editing)
