So i recently acquired noesis plugin for XPS conversion, it's quick but only a few minor issue may arise although i checked this one had yet except that error message which doesn't affect model itself in any ways
Still i have included fbx as well if you find any remote issue
Traditional method is reliable but time consuming but to avoid any other issues i'll still use traditional method
So comment if you found anything wrong with model or not
