I mean, she's probably REALLY self-conscious about having so many freckles, but now you've shown that they can be so beautiful!......I think everybody needs a pro photographer to take a photo and draw out that beauty inside. God knows everybody needs a little esteem booster every now and then...

Someone who has suffered is always more beautiful than someone who hasn't.
Because...
...Well... Humans spend a lot of time hiding our suffering... The mental wounds we collect during a life of social interaction we keep tucked away in our coats.
Someone who can't tuck them away... Someone who has it written on their face... Stirs a need for connection in us... We want to share... And that is a powerful set of emotions to feel. Regardless of whether she has suffered for her freckles or not, we want to believe that she has... Because we want to believe that our own wounds can be overcome. Our triumphs reflected in her obvious beauty.
That is what I get from this photo, anyway. It's amazing.
