Since the reason Randall Boggs hates James P. Sullivan was revealed in Monsters University, here's the reason he hates Mike Wazowski as well: when Randall 1st began his job @ Monsters, Inc, he developed a huge crush on the factory's receptionist, Celia Mae. He would often do creepy things such as stalking her, trying to charm & seduce her, & even trying to invite her to a party @ his home, only to soon feel shocked & exceptionally jealous upon learning that she was already in love with Mike. In addition, Randall wanted to become the top scarer not only out of spite against Sulley for getting him humiliated in the Scare Games, mostly so he could earn Celia's love & turn her attention away from Mike!
